ASHLAND CHRISTIAN SCHOOL PRESCHOOL TUITION RATES
2012 - 2013
Ashland Christian School is committed to providing quality and affordable education for children. This tuition schedule represents our best efforts to exercise good stewardship. There has been a small increase in tuition rates for Preschool in 2012-2013. Tuition rates at Ashland Christian School do not reflect the entire cost of educating your child. Thanks for considering taking part in fundraisers, projects and special giving as opportunities arise during the year.

RETURNING STUDENT (current student re-enrolling by April 20): $45 per student
STANDARD REGISTRATION (new student enrolling or current student re-enrolling after April 20): $50 per student

To take advantage of the early registration discount for returning students, registration materials must be to the school office by Friday, April 20. After the deadline, the standard registration fees apply. Registration is non-refundable.

**Besides yearly tuition they also offer Monthly (12), Monthly (9), and Semester (2) payments.

2ND child in family at ACS = 5%
3rd child in family at ACS = 10%
4th child and above in family at ACS = 15% each
No other discounts apply
*There are no multiple-child discounts or preschool discounts for the Creative Education program.

PRESCHOOL PAYMENT
Annual Prepay - due 9/5
Semester payments - due Sept. & Feb.
9 month payments - Sept. - May
Payment Schedule - The annual prepay (9/5) payment is arranged through the ACS business office. The semester (Sept., Feb.), and 9 month (Sept. - May) payments are arranged through FACTS Management Company on the 5th or 20th of each month.
Late Tuition Policy - Although FACTS Management Company specifies the date each payment will occur, it is the responsible party's financial institution that determines the time of day the payment is debited to the account. A missed payment fee will be automatically assessed by FACTS from the responsible party's account for each payment attempt that is missed. If these fees are missed, they also will be re-attempted. In addition, the financial institution may assess its own NSF fee. Any account past due by 90 days will necessitate the removal of the student from the school unless the responsible party presents a payment plan for approval to the Financial Committee of the ACS Board of Education. Any changes to the original terms of the Tuition Payment Agreement with FACTS must be approved by ACS.
Early Withdrawal Policy - If a student is withdrawn during the school year, charges are paid according to the actual number of days attended, plus 10% of the unpaid portion of the year's tuition.

This tuition rate is only possible through gifts, projects and designated fundraisers. Thanks for considering taking part and supporting these opportunities as they arise during the year.

K-HS PAYMENTS - The annual prepay (7/20) payment is arranged through the business office. The semester (7/20, 1/20),quarterly (July, Oct., Jan., April) and 12 month (July - June) payments are arranged through FACTS Management Company.
