About School Of The Cathedral Mary Our Queen
Students are enrolled for the entire academic year. Full tuition payment is expected for the entire year even if a student withdraws from the school during the school year for any reason. Tuition bills are mailed in early January and June. Regular tuition payments are made in two installments "50% by July 1 and 50% by February 1 "or in ten monthly installments. The In-School Athletic Fee and Parents Association dues and book and field trip bills are payable on July 1. Receipts will not be issued. The canceled check will be one's receipt. Any unpaid balance more than 30 days old will be subject to a late penalty equal to 5% of the payment.
If there are circumstances that prevent timely payment of the tuition, the Principal should be contacted immediately. An alternative schedule for payment may be arranged if sufficient need can be shown. The Principal may request additional information in order to make a final determination.
Any inquiries regarding the tuition bill should be directed to the billing office. Please contact Mrs. Blusiewicz at 410-464-4115, Monday through Thursday, from 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Students are not entitled to begin classes unless all financial responsibilities are fulfilled. Any tuition or Capital Maintenance Fund balance outstanding at the end of the school year will be turned over to Alacrity Collection Corporation. Transcripts and/or diplomas may be withheld pending satisfaction of unpaid bills.
