ADMISSIONS
Prairie View Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Prairie View Academy requires that any student wishing to enroll must meet the following general requirements:
-1. Be in compliance with the academic requirements of his or her former school
-2. Exhibit no serious behavioral problems in or out of school
-3. Have no record of excessive absenses

In addition, the applicant and a parent must interview with the principal and/or counselor. The applicant must also bring copies of his overall school record (including grades and standardized test scores) and his or her current schedule and grades if applicable. This information will be evaulated by the Academy before admission is granted. All new students enter on probation for at least the first nine-weeks\' period of attendance. During this time grades, attendance, and conduct are closely monitored. Current students may be placed on probationary status at any point in the school year for a minimum of nine weeks. The Academy reserves the right to place a student on probationary status at any point during the school session.

TUITION
-A 5% discount will be applied for FULL PAYMENT if received before August 1, 2012.

-SMART Tuition will be handling tuition payments for the 2012-2013 school year unless payment is made in full.

-A $50.00 registration fee (per family) will be assessed by SMART Tuition for families paying monthly.

Pre-K 3 - 6th: $350.00 per month / $385.00 per month after June 1
$3,500.00 per year / $3,850.00 per year after June 1

7th - 12th: $375.00 per month / $435.00 per month after June 1
$3,750.00 per year / $4,350.00 per year after June 1

3 or more children: $335.00 per month / $3,350.00 per year

Registration Fee - $200.00 per child, $275.00 per 2 or more children
Book Fee - $110.00 or $90.00
Technology Fee - $75.00
Testing Fee - $15.00
Library Fee - $10.00
Locker Fee - $20.00
Activity Fee - $50.00
