2012-2013 Annual Tuition Rates & Schedules
Monday - Friday (5 Day Program)
Full Day (8:25 a.m. - 3:25 p.m.): $ 8,860.00
Morning (8:25 a.m. - 12:25 p.m.): $ 5,340.00

Monday -Thursday (4 Day Program)
Full Day (8:25 a.m. - 3:25 p.m.): $ 7,520.00
Morning Session (8:25 a.m. - 12:25 p.m.): $ 4,740.00

Tuition Deposit
All families will pay a tuition deposit to be paid in two installments as follows:
1st installment - due March 1, 2012
2nd installment - due May 1, 2012

Annual Tuition Payment Options
1. Lump Sum Payment. Families choosing the annual plan will make one payment in full on or before September 1, 2012 and will receive a 2% discount on their tuition rate. The payment due will be the full rate less 2% and less the Tuition Deposit due in full on May 1, 2012.
2. Semi-Annual Lump Sum Payment. Families choosing the semi-annual plan will make two payments (September 1, 2012 and January 15, 2013) and will receive a 1% discount on their tuition rate. The September 1, 2012 payment due will be the full rate less 1% divided by two. The January 15, 2013 payment due will be the full rate less 1% divided by two and less the Tuition Deposit due in full on May 1, 2012.
3. Monthly Payments by Cash/Check. Nine (9) consecutive monthly payments are due,
WITHOUT invoice. Payment 1 is due September 1st, 2012; thereafter payment is due the 1st of each month from October 2012 through May 2013. A Late Fee of $50.00 will be assessed and will be due with the next (or replacement) payment in the event of late payment or insufficient funds. If as, of June 1, 2013, all payments have been made (including any late fees or other charges) in accordance with tuition agreement, the Tuition Deposit required to be paid on or before May 1, 2012 will be
applied to the month of June 2013.
If two or more children from the same family are enrolled during the same academic year, a ten percent (10%) discount is granted off the Annual Rate of the child with the lowest cost program.

Add-on Options:
If you prefer not to enroll in before care or after care for the entire year, but would like your child to participate in either optional program on an occasional basis, you may pre-purchase an œExtras Card  for $70 (before care) and $120.00 (after care). The Extras Card MUST be purchased in advance and be on file in
the HCAMS office and allows your child to attend 10 before care or 10 after care sessions.

ENROLLMENT FEE AND ACTIVITIY FEE
In addition to tuition, the following fees are applicable for the 2012-2013 school year:
Enrollment fee: $ 50.00 (new students only)
Activity fee: $125.00
