Poekelon Club (3-4pm): $12/day
Private Music Lessons: $30 per ½ hour session
Private Tutoring/Aides: Rate varies based on tutor/aide

Other Fees & Discounts
Ordered Lunches: $5/day (includes meal, side and drink)
Music Program: 1st,2nd,5th Grades (Whistles,Drums) - required: $50/year (billed with tuition installments) - includes service/cleaning and insurance
Music Program: 3rd, 4th Grades (Violins) - required: $100/year (billed with tuition installments) - includes rental, service/cleaning and insurance
Late Fees: $30 if tuition payment is not received by the due date
Returned Check/ACH/CC: $30 each
Sibling Discount: 2nd sibling 5%, 3rd sibling 10%, 4th sibling 20% off core tuition.
Early Pay Discount: 2% off core tuition if paid in full by August 1

Re-Enrollments:
Application by February. Non-refundable 10% deposit due by May 1 (deposit applied towards your tuition).
New Applicants:
Application with a one-time, non-refundable $50 application fee due by February. Enrollment Agreement with a non-refundable 10% deposit due by May 1 (deposit applied towards your tuition).

Payment Plans Available: (please choose one)
Plan 1: Pay in full by August 1 and receive a 2% discount off core tuition.
Plan 2: 4 month payment plan - May 1 (deposit), July 1, October 1 and January 1.
Plan 3: 8 month payment plan - May 1 (deposit), August 1, September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1, January 1, and February 1.
Plan 4: 10 month payment plan - May 1 (deposit), July 1, August 1, September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1, January 1, February 1, March 1
Payment Options:
Option 1: Pay Online. You can pay your invoices and tuition directly online by clicking on the link in your emailed statements or through our website on our Admissions Page. We accept MC, Visa, Discover and e-check payments. This option also allows you to setup auto payments according to your payment plan.
Option 2: Checks/Cash. We encourage you to pay by e-check on our online service (option 1 above). It can be done easily from your computer at home or work. You may also drop of checks and cash to the school office too. Please write what the payment is for on your check so we may post accurately.
