School Age 2013-14 Tuition Information
Application/Enrollment Fees (Effective February 1, 2013)
1. Re-enrollment for current families:
$200/student if received/postmarked by Feb. 22
$275/student if received/postmarked by March 22
$350/student if received/postmarked after March 22
2. A one time Application fee - due with admissions application: $150/family (non-refundable)
3. New Student Enrollment fee - due with enrollment contract: $200/student
4. Readiness Screening or Placement Testing: $100/student

Yearly Tuition Schedule
Jr. K Half Day (Morning): $ 6,875/year
Jr. K Full Day: $ 9,460/year
Kindergarten $ 9,460/year
Grades 1 - 5 $10,340/year
Grades 6 - 8 $11,880/year

Afternoon Enrichment: Jr. Kindergarten only (11:45 AM - 3:00 PM)
1. One day a week: $ 850
2. Two days per week: $1,685
3. Three days per week: $2,515
4. Pre-arranged single afternoon: $ 35 per day

Discounts
1. A 2% discount if total tuition paid by July 19, 2013
2. Multiple student:
First child enrolled Full tuition
Second child enrolled 3% off total family tuition
Third child enrolled 5% off total family tuition
Fourth child enrolled No additional tuition

Tuition Payment Options
Tuition may be paid in one of two ways:
1. Paid in full directly to SJCS by July 19. A 2% discount will apply.
2. 11 monthly payments (July - May) through FACTS electronic payment plan. You may select to have the payments processed through your bank account on the 5th or the 20th of each month. A $30 fee is assessed to your bank account for each FACTS payment attempt that is denied. After a 3rd attempt is denied, your account is referred back to SJCS for collection at which time SJCS will assess additional late fees.
Extended Day Care (School Days - 7:00am to 8:00am; 3:00pm to 6:00pm; Non-school Days - 7:00pm to 6:00pm)
1. Contracted Regular Use: $5 per Hour (effective when school begins in the fall)
2. Late Pick-Up: $5 for the first 5 minutes & $2 each minute thereafter
3. Daycare charges will be billed in arrears each month with payments to SJCS due by the 15th of the month and delinquent on the 25th of the month. A late fee of 5% of the late balance or $5 (whichever is greater) will be applied to all delinquent accounts.

General Provisions
1. Families will pay the tuition according to payment procedures stated above and will conclude all required payments before the last day of school.
2. Final tuition payment and all late fees and other charges must be made before SJCS will issue a student's June report card.
3. Accounts 30 days or more past due may be referred to our collection service.
4. Unexcused delinquency in tuition payments may result in termination of enrollment.
5. Assessments will be made to cover damage to school property (including breakage of windows, abuse or loss of books, etc.)
6. Application fee is non-refundable.
7. Early withdrawal of students will result in a calculation of tuition owed based on a prorated daily rate. In addition, there is a $15 fee for each remaining month of the school year.
8. Families grant SJCS permission to use student pictures in school-sponsored yearbooks, newspapers, promotional brochures, books, videotape, motion pictures of any other form of promotional material including, but not limited to, the SJCS web page.
