PRE-SCHOOL
3 YEAR OLDS 3 Half Days 8:15 to12:30: $2,160 year, $180 / 12 mo. or $216 / 10 mo.
3 YEAR OLDS 3 Full Days 8:15 to 3:15: $3,240 year, $270 / 12 mo. or $324 / 10 mo.
3 YEAR OLDS 5 Half Days 8:15 to 12:30: $3,500 year, $292 / 12 mo. or $350 / 10 mo.
3 YEAR OLDS 5 Full Days 8:15 to 3:15: $5,250 year, $438 / 12 mo. or $525 / 10 mo.
VPK or Part-time 4 yr. olds 5 Days 8:15 to 11:40: $2383 (subject to changes from VPK)
Paid by VPK if child is eligible
4 YEAR OLDS 5 Full Days 8:15 to 3:15: $5,250 year, $438 / 12 mo. or $525 / 10 mo. (Less VPK $239 or $287)
Payment plans for Pre-School: 12 month - June 1 to May 1 OR 10 month- August 1 to May 1

Registration: $200 first new student, $125 each additional in same family
Student/Book Fee K thru 8: $175 per year, due June 1st
Testing Fee (new student) K thru 8: $50 per student, payable at time of testing
Uniforms: All students are to wear school-approved uniforms

DISCOUNTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS
Pay In Full Discount - $100 off total tuition for the year "must be paid by June 1
Multiple Students - $150 discount for second child enrolled at PCS , $250 each for third child and all subsequent children (Also applies to siblings in another Christian school grade that PCS does not offer)
Full-Time Pastor - 20% off tuition (no other discounts apply). Must be your full-time job.
PCS Scholarships - Application must be made online at www.tads.com The non-refundable scholarship fee is $29 per family and due at the time of application (by credit card). A student registration form and fee must be submitted to the school office before you can apply for scholarship. (Student registration fees may be returned to scholarship applicants receiving inadequate awards toward tuition).
PCS participates in the Step Up For Students, McKay, and VPK programs.

TUITION / FEE PAYMENT
All monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month.
Any payment not received by the 10th of the month will incur a late charge of $25.
All 12-month accounts that are 60 days past due will result in dismissal of the student. Ten-month plans are 30 days.
Parents who withdraw their child from school during the school year are responsible to pay full tuition for the quarter.
