** Discounted tuition applies to those who attend Sunday Mass regularly at St. John Eudes Church and have contributed $520 to the parish during the period of July 1, 2013, to June 30, 2014. Or to those who attend Sunday Mass regularly at St. John Eudes Church and have been involved in the parish ministry(s), as listed on the parish web site, for at least a total of 30 hours during the period of July 1, 2013, to June 30, 2014.
The 19 envelopes per 6 Month period is being completely phased out for the 2014-2015 school year.

REGISTRATION FEE* Registration Fee is non-refundable and is due at time of registration
Kindergarten and New Students: $250 per student
Returning Students: $190 per students (Due February 23, 2012)

SCHOOL FEES* School Fees are non-refundable and are due by April 18, 2012
Student Fees: $200 per student
Graduation Fee (8th Grade): $250 per student
Tech Fee Grades 1-8: $75 per student
Sacramental Fee (for 2nd Grade): $40
Nap Mat (for Kindergarten): $35
Family Fee: $75 per family for yard duty
PTSO Membership Fee: $10 per family
Security Fee: $185 per family

* A separate late fee will be applied to registration fee and school fees if not submitted by due date

FAMILY FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENT: $550 per family
FAMILY SERVICE HOURS REQUIREMENT:
- 40 Service Hours (Uncompleted hours are charged at the rate of $25 per hour )
- $4,800 in SCRIP purchase (June 2012 - May 2013)
- Combination of Hours and SCRIP - $120 of SCRIP = 1 service hour
- Minimum contribution of $800 to the Endowment Fund. Matching funds from your company may be used.

EXTENDED DAY CARE PROGRAM (EDC)
