FEES 2011-2012
REGISTRATION FEE
New Students $100 per student
NOTE: New student registration is not complete until all documentation is filed
with the school office. Registration fees are nontransferable and
nonrefundable.

ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT
Non-Refundable Deposit $350 per student
NOTE: The non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a student's class seat and
complete the registration process. Student registration is not complete until
all documentation is filed with the school office. This deposit will be applied
to the annual tuition. Due before June 1st .
A $100 penalty fee will be assessed for each returning student
registering after June 1st .
Class size is limited and a place cannot be held for any child
without receipt of the above deposit on the scheduled due date.

NOTE: The above tuition rate includes the following: supplies, books, headphones,
accidental insurance, SAT testing and most labs. No additional fees will be
incurred for the school term. (excluding high school graduation supplies and
optional athletic participation)

DISCOUNTS
Multiple Students in a family 20% discount
NOTE: The discount will apply to siblings of equal or lower tuition rates.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Pre-pay Tuition In Full - A single payment due August 1,
2011 generates a 8% discount on the annual tuition rate.
2. Pre-pay Tuition By Semester - Two annual payments due
August 1, 2011 & December 1, 2011 generates a 4% discount
on the annual tuition rate.
3. 10 Monthly Installments - 10 monthly payments will be
collected beginning August 1, 2011. (August - May)
4. 12 Monthly Installments - 12 monthly payments will be
collected beginning June 1, 2011. (June - May)

SUMMER CARE
Pre-Kindergarten 3-Grade 2 $750 per student
NOTE: Summer Care includes 9 weeks of childcare, field trips, arts & crafts and water
activities. No discounts or reduced rates are available.

HOLIDAY CARE
Students Grades 1-2 $15 per day
Prekindergarten 3 - Kindergarten 5 included in Tuition
NOTE: Service is available on limited school holidays. See Holiday Care flyer for dates of
availability.

EXTENDED SCHOOL DAY
Students Grades 1-5 $ 6.00 Daily
Morning Care (6:30-7:30) $ 7.50 Weekly
Afternoon Care (3:30-5:30) $17.50 Weekly
NOTE:. A surcharge of $6 (per 15 minutes) will be made if a child is not picked up by
5:30pm
Credit Card Payments are accepted for tuition charges. American Express, Discover,
Mastercard, Visa and Bank Debit.
