About Apple Tree Children's Center

Our Center\'s license is based on providing care for children from six weeks of age to twelve years. An enrollment form along with a $150.00 non-refundable registration fee and one month\'s deposit will initiate the process of enrolling your child. All required forms should be completed prior to your child\'s enrollment. Please complete our online enrollment form and we will contact you promptly to inform you about our available openings and answer any questions you may have.

Tuition is due at the beginning of each month. Checks are to be made payable to Apple Tree Children\'s Center. A deposit of your last month\'s tuition is required upon enrollment. Upon your decision of withdrawal, one month\'s written notice must be given in order to receive credit for your deposits. If you have two or more children enrolled full-time, discounted rates are available. The discount will be applied to the tuition of the second and third child/children. There is an additional Activity fee for children entering Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten,and Pre-First grade, which is due at the beginning of each school year.
