Tuition
· Our school is totally dependent on prompt payment of tuition fees. You may choose to pay your child's tuition yearly, by semester, monthly, or weekly as long as your account is not delinquent. All weekly tuition is due for the week on Monday of the week your child is attending.
· A late fee will automatically be added if payment is not received by Wednesday. The late fee is $10.00 and will be assessed each week that the tuition is late.
· The tuition remains the same each week, regardless of absences or illness.
· Payment by check will be subjected to a return check policy. A fee of $25.00 will be charged on all returned checks. After two returned checks, payments must be made in cash or money order. Please make payment to the office, leave in the payment box, or mail to the school. Do not ever leave cash in the payment box. Always wait for your receipt when paying with cash.
· A family's account should remain current at all times. If a student's account becomes delinquent by two weeks (ten working days) or three hundred dollars ($300.00), a notice will be given. If a child's account remains delinquent for the third week (a total of fifteen working days), then that child will not be allowed to remain in the center. Suspension of a student under these circumstances does not guarantee re-admittance.
· All financial transactions are to be handled directly with the school business office. Financial transactions that cannot be resolved by the school business office will be referred to the Administrator or the Board of Directors.
