Necessary Documents:
Complete Immunization record (yellow card)
Social Security number of child
A recent report card for Grades 2 - 7
A copy of the parish envelope if registered in parish

Application fee: $25.00 per child at registration

Parent contract: This agreement to follow all school rules and to pay the required tuition, fees, and fundraising must be signed before the student is accepted.

Payment Plan: For full tuition schedule, click on the Financial Information link. This is the amount due for the full school year. The monthly payment is also listed. Monthly payments begin in August and continue for 10 months until May 2009. These payments are made to Ridgewood Savings Bank. You do pay in the summer. If a student withdraws before September 3, 2008, all payments will be returned except the Registration Fee, which is non refundable.
