All applicants are required to sign a contract with FACTS Tuition Management, unless the entire amount will be paid in full by August 1, 2010. This contract will come home at a later date.

REGISTRATION FOR PRESCHOOL & KINDERGARTEN

PRESCHOOL
Those wishing to enter Preschool must be 3 years old by September 30 and be toilet trained. The night of registration, you will need to bring the child's birth certificate, social security card, shot record and custody papers if applicable.

KINDERGARTEN
WE HAVE THE LATEST ADMISSION DATE IN THE COUNTY

Those wishing to enter Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 30, 2010. The night of registration, you will need to bring the child's birth certificate, social security card, shot record and custody papers if applicable. If you are Catholic and NOT baptized at Sacred Heart Church, you need to bring baptismal certificate.

Times for Kindergarten screening will be given the night of registration. Registration fees can be paid on the night of registration and must be paid before the first day of school. Any questions, please call the Preschool at 623-2119 or the school office at 622-3728
