2013/2014 TUTION
Tuition is an annual fee which may be paid in full at the time of enrollment or, as a convenience, in 11 monthly payments. The 1st payment is due August 1st of the school year. The remaining 10 payments are due the 1st of each month -- September through June. (Late fee of $25.00 is applied if paid after the fifteenth of the month.) There is a $25.00 fee for any returned check.

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT FEE: $230.00 (Non-refundable and due upon placement)
NEW FAMILY FACILITY FEE: $500.00

Families who are enrolling their children for the 1st time at Grace will be assessed a one-time facility fee of $500 per family. This non-refundable fee is used for ongoing maintenance of the building and grounds and is added to your tuition for the 1st child during the first year at GCS.

SPECIAL SERVICES - -
EXTENDED DAY CARE (6:30-8:00 a.m. and 3:15-6:00 p.m. daily)
Extended Day Care is offered for their students each day school is in session as a service to parents who work outside the home. The program includes free play, organized activities, and help with students\' homework. Day care is not available on regular school holidays.

EXTENDED DAY CARE RATES:
HOURLY RATE: $4.00 per hour rounded off to the nearest ½ hour

DISCOUNTED ADVANCE PAYMENT: $700.00
Extended Day Care Annual Rate must be paid in full by the 1st day of school

DISCOUNTED MONTHLY PAYMENT: $75.00 per month for 10 months
10 monthly payments of $75.00 added to tuition from September to June.

Discounted Payment plans cover unlimited use of morning and afternoon Extended Day Care services on regular days when school is in session. These plans do not include special all-day Teacher In-Service days. Those days will be noted on the web site and registration information will be sent home with students.

PREPPIE CARE -
Preppie Kindergarten has been designed as a half-day program for specific purposes tied to child development theory. It is not intended to be a whole day school experience. However, if day care service is a family necessity and Preppie Kindergarten is the preferred placement, day care can be arranged and regular full-day tuition will apply covering the hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If Extended Day Care is also needed, the above rates will apply.

STUDENT CAFETERIA PROGRAM
œKid Friendly and Service Minded 
Their cafeteria services are popular with students and staff and are a real convenience to parents. Menus are carefully planned to be reasonable in cost, nutritious in food value, and appetizing to the tastes of children.

NUTRITIOUS LUNCH: with or without a beverage:
All Grades: $3.50

BEVERAGES ONLY:
Lowfat Milk, Nonfat Chocolate Milk, A variety of 100% Juices, or Bottled Water: $ .50

SNACKTIME SNACKS AND BEVERAGES:
Sold at recess and after school: up to $ 1.00

LEARNING CENTER
Learning Center services include the Top 10 program, Speech and Language specialist, and Tutoring. Also included is the Opportunity program which is designed to meet the special educational needs of children with learning differences.

The costs of services provided by these programs are linked to the provision of additional teaching specialist who individualize instruction, and utilize a variety of kinesthetic methods to motivate and stimulate learning within the child. The parents of children who benefit from participation in these programs pay for these services above and beyond the regular mainstream program in order to qualify for the very low pupil/teacher ratio.

Program Fees: Full time Learning Center: $3,400.00 annually or 11 monthly payments of $310.00 from August to June, or 10 monthly payments of $340.00 from September to June.
Fees for different levels of student support, not full time, are determined by the Learning Center staff on based on evaluation and student need.
