2012-2013 Tuition Schedule

Registration Fees:
Application Fee (for new student) - $150.00
Re-enrollment Fee (for returning students):
Before March 9th - $50.00
After March 9th - $100.00
Instructional Fee (per student):
Preschool - $250.00
K5 through 11th - $300.00
12th - $400.00

Registration fees can be paid March through May by ACH bank draft. Example: $350.00 divided by 3 months is $116.67 per month toward registration fees. If you would like to make a onetime payment by check, it will be due by March 9th. Payments after March 9th will include a $75.00 late fee. Instructional fees cover expenses that include but are not limited to the following: book purchases, technological needs, and manipulatives. There will be no reimbursement or compensation given to students who withdraw for any reason.

2nd Child and Beyond:$4,871.80

Payment Methods:
One Pay - Due August 20, 2012
Two Pay - Due August 20, 2012 and January 20, 2013
Ten Pay - Due monthly beginning August 20, 2012 and ending May 20, 2013
Twelve Pay - Due monthly beginning June 20, 2012 and ending May 20, 2013

Other Tuition Information
The child in the highest grade will be considered the first child for multiple-student discount purposes.
If you withdraw your child after June 1st, three months tuition will be due. If you withdraw your child after school starts, half-year tuition will be due.
If the tuition account is 60 days past due, the student will be dismissed from Danville Christian Academy unless some arrangement has been made with the school to bring the account up-to-date.
Tuition assistance is available, yet it is limited and based upon an application process.
