2010 - 2011 Tuition Information

Tuesday/Thursday - AM Session - 8:00-10:30 - Children must be 3 by August 1: $48.00 per month.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday AM Session - 8:00-10:30- Children must be 4 by August 1.: $62.00 per month.

Monday/Wednesday All Day - 8:00-2:45: $117.00 per month
Tuesday/Thursday All Day - 8:00-2:45: $117.00 per month
Monday/Wednesday/Friday All Day - 8:00-2:45: $152.00 per month.

REGISTRATION:
There is a $50.00 nonrefundable registration fee per family that will be paid each year
your child or children are in attendance. If the family has a child attending St Joseph
grades K-8 the Preschool Registration fee is waived.
St. Joseph School will process their preschool payments through FACTS Management
Company. Although your child is attending preschool for nine months the payments will be spread out over twelve months. July 1, 2010 - June 1, 2011.

Registration
St. Joseph Catholic School's intent is that every child who desires to attend our school will be able to do so.
The following registration procedure is implemented in March and is sent home in the
Friday plastic folders:
All families are required to pay a $75 registration fee. This amount is collected at
the spring registration in March. The registration fee is non-refundable.
The collection of tuition, book fees, and technology fees is done through FACTS
Management Inc. There is a $43.00 Processing fee for this service. This charge is
included in the monthly payment. Payments are divided over 12 months, beginning
in July of the school year and ending the following June. A late fee of $15 will be
assessed if a payment is 15 days past due. If fees payments are not current at the end
of each school quarter, whether it be in daycare, preschool, or K-8th grades, a student
may not be admitted to the next quarter (grading period) of school. Legal action to
claim the delinquent fees may occur. Exception: Families whose last child at St.
Joseph is an 8th grader - final tuition payment will be made in May prior to
graduation. If 8th grade accounts (tuition, library fines, etc.) are not current, the
report card/graduation certificate will be held in the school office until the
balance is paid.

Not included in the monthly payment and due at the August registration is a $6.00 per
student insurance fee mandated by the Diocese.
