2012-13 TUITION, DEPOSIT AND FEES

Tuition: $14,650

Facts Tuition Management: Ursuline Academy uses FACTS Tuition Management Company as our accounts receivable platform for tuition and fees. Families have a choice of invoiced tuition payment(s) or automatic deduction plans. FACTS will send tuition-plan sign-up information to registered families in late April, 2012.

Tuition Payment Options (invoiced - includes service fees):
One payment: $14,650.00
June 5th, 2012 (Payments received after June 15th are subject to the service and late fees of the two payment plan.)

Two payments: $7,350.00
Due June 5th and December 5th, 2012

Four payments: $3,687.50
Due June 5th, September 5th and December 5th, 2012 and March 5th, 2013

Ten payments: $1,480.00
Due the 5th of each month beginning June 5th, 2012 and ending March 5th, 2013.

Ursuline Academy Fees (non-refundable):
One-time Registration fee: $300
Due with registration by 3/16/2012

Service fee: $50/100/150
2/4/10 payment plan (included in payment options above)

School Late Payment fee: $125/75/25
2/4/10 payment plan; applied 15 days after due date

Returned Check fee: Applies to all checks presented to the Academy. The Late Payment fee may also apply: $25
Charged each instance of a returned check

NOTE: FACTS has a different policy that applies to payments presented to them.

Tuition Refund Policy: There are no refunds of deposits or fees paid. A full refund of 2012-13 tuition payments will be made provided the Business Office has received a written withdrawal notice and request for a refund on or before July 2, 2012.

An optional Tuition Insurance Plan is available for $307.65 (2.1% of total tuition). Please see a description of the plan at this link: Tuition Refund Plan. Note that a student must attend for fourteen (14) consecutive days before the plan takes effect.
