Payment Plans and Tuition
We offer four payment options:
Full Pay:
-All tuition and fees are due by September 5th with a $200 discount on tuition for the year. Tuition received after September 5th will not be eligible for the $200 discount. NOTE: Full pay through FACTS or in office by check or money order only.
Three Pay:
-Payments will be debited through FACTS on September 5th , December 5th , and March 5th
Monthly Pay:
-Ten equal payments will be debited through FACTS on the 5th of every month starting August through May
Custom Pay:
-Please make an appointment in the office to customize your payment plan

Pre-Kindergarten 3 and 4 year olds:
Pre K 3 ½ Day
Full Pay: $2500
Three Pay: $900, $800, $800
Monthly: $250

Pre K 3 Full Day
Full Pay: $4300
Three Pay: $1500, $1500, $1300
Monthly: $430

Pre K 4 ½ Day
Full Pay: $2500
Three Pay: $900, $800, $800
Monthly: $250

Pre K 4 Full Day
Full Pay: $4300
Three Pay: $1500, $1500, $1300
Monthly: $430

Kindergarten thru Fifth Grade:
K - 5th
Full Pay: $5300
Three Pay: $1800, $1800, $1700
Monthly: $530

Multiple Child Discount:
First Child: $5300
Each Additional Child: $200 off the price of tuition

Please Note: There is a registration/reenrollment fee of $41 in FACTS that occurs at the beginning of each year and is separate from your tuition payment.

Registration Fees: (Payable in the school office) $250 per child
The non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of your application to St. James Episcopal School. Registration of your child cannot take place until this fee is received.
