(Note: matriculation fees are due and payable by July 5, 2012, unless paid via FACTS over 12 months, from July 5th 2012 through June 5th 2013. A $50.00 late fee per child will be assessed if the
matriculation is not paid by July 20, 2012!
Only the Curriculum Fees and the Technology / Lab fees are refundable, if the student is not accepted or is withdrawn before the opening day of school.
All other fees are non-refundable. See Financial Policies on separate pages).

MULTIPLE CHILD DISCOUNTS
Upper Room Christian School offers discounts to families who have more than one child enrolled in our school.These discounts are computed as follows: the oldest child enrolled in the school will be considered the œfirst child for billing purposes. The second child will pay tuition at a rate of 90% of the tuition normally charged for his or her grade (a 10% discount). The third child will pay tuition at a rate of 80% of the tuition normally charged for his or her grade (a 20% discount). A fourth child(or any additional child)will pay tuition at a rate of 70% (a 30% discount) of the tuition normally charged for his or her grade.

#1 Oldest Child First -in grades 9-12 $6,900.00
Second oldest child -in grades 6-8 $5,400.00 x 90% = $5,310.00
Third oldest child -in grades TK-5 $4,800.00 x 80% = $4,240.00
$16,450.00 total annual tuition costs

If paid by July 5th, a 5% pre-payment discount = $16,450.00 x 5% = $822.50, making the discounted cost = $15,627.50. If paid monthly through our FACTS Tuition Management Program, the payments would be $1,302.29 per month, beginning on July 5, 2012, and ending on June 5, 2013.(excluding matriculation fees).

Second oldest child -in grades 9-12 $6,400.00 x 90% = $6,210.00
$13,110.00 total annual tuition costs

If paid by July 5, a 5% pre-payment discount = $13,110.00 x 5% = $655.55, making the discounted cost = $12,454.50. If paid monthly through our FACTS Tuition Management Program, the cost would be $1,037.88 per month, beginning on July 5, 2012 and ending on June 5, 2013 (excluding matriculation fees).
PRE-PAYMENT DISCOUNT

Any parent that chooses to pre-pay their child's tuition by July 5, 2012 will receive a 5% prepayment discount for the year. Please note: fees are not discountable. Payments may be made
to the school office by cash, check, money order, wire transfer, or by major credit card(VISA, MasterCard, or American Express) to receive the pre-payment discount. Pre-payments made
after July 20, 2012 will NOT receive a 5% discount. No exceptions will be made!

TITHING MEMBERS OF UPPER ROOM MINISTRIES

4 or more Children $1,000.00

Please note -the above Tuition Credits are available to tithing members of Upper Room Ministries. Parent or Guardian must fill out and return the Tithing Credit Application to the school office no later than June 1, 2012 in order to be eligible for the discount.NOTE: tithing credits cannot be granted beyond this deadline.
œRECRUIT A FAMILY\"-DISCOUNT PROGRAM 

If you pre-register and recruit a family that is accepted for admissions to Upper Room Christian School, you will receive a 5% tuition discount, up to a total of $500.00.This discount is given
for the first year the new family is enrolled in our school only! Note: only one Recruit-A-Family discount will be permitted per household!

Discounts Are Applied in the Following Order:
A.The multiple child discounts are given first.
B.The pre-payment discount is given second (if tuition paid in full by July 5th)
C.The tithing credit (when applicable) is given third.
D.The Recruit-A-Family discount is given fourth, when applicable.
E.Any other possible credits or discounts are given fifth (i.e.-financial aid).


Annual payment plans and monthly tuition payment plans (through our FACTS Tuition Management Program) will be discussed at the Admissions Interview. FACTS enrollment forms are available at the School Office. Please review all Billing and Financial policies, in the Admissions Package.

Student loans are also available through SALLIE MAE for the entire amount of the annual tuition and fees. Ask the office for an application for a SALLIE MAE student loan. A 5% tuition discount will be offered, if tuition is disbursed by July 5, 2012. No discount will given if the loan proceeds are disbursed after July 20, 2012!

FINANCIAL AID
In addition, financial aid may be available for students after their first full year of attending Upper Room Christian School. The financial aid form is available in the school office to all re-enrolled students, or online at the FACTS website. Aid will be awarded based on need, and is contingent upon satisfactory academic performance in all subjects, as well as acceptable spiritual, behavioral and social conduct. If the conduct, spirituality or academic performance of any student receiving financial aid is unsatisfactory, then financial aid decisions may be reversed, and aid may be revoked by the school administration.
