Tuition and Fees 2012 - 2013
The current annual tuition is $7,000 per year, paid over 10-months. Payment is due on or before the 1st of each month. The annual (non -refundable and non-transferrable) enrollment fee is $150 per student for K4 students and $500 per student for K5 and above students. A multiple child discount will apply for each additional child.
A $30 fee will be charged for late tuition payments. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. After two occurrences of returned checks, payments must be made in the form of money orders, cashier's check, or cash. Please refer to your contract for more details.

QEI may immediately terminate the enrollment contract without giving any notice, if the parent(s) or guardian(s) fails to make payments when due. A student will not be able toattend school under these circumstances, however, will be readmitted upon receipt of past due balance.

We respect a parent's right to remove his/her child (ren) from QEI. If, however, your child has completed the 60-day probationary period, you are obligated to pay the agreed upon tuition amount, regardless of your child's student status with QEI. In other words, should you withdraw your student from school after the probationary period, the remainder of the tuition for the year is due at the time of withdrawal. A $250 fee will be charged and student records withheld for breach of contract.
