Tuition Assistance Information
Tuition assistance is available at EBCCS through the Catholic Schools Foundation. Once you are registered, information on financial aid will be provided.

Please Note: The real cost to educate students at EBCCS exceeds the tuition amounts listed above. In order to provide parents with a more affordable
single child rate or a discount family plan, we require parents to participate in mandatory programs which are described below.

REQUIRED FAMILY PARTICIPATION PROGRAMS TO QUALIFY FOR BASE TUITION RATE
To qualify for the base tuition rates, each family must participate in the programs listed below. If you are unable to participate in one or more, the
surcharge associated with each will be added to your base tuition. Each program is described in detail below.
1) Parent Commitment Non-Participation Surcharge $500;
2) Non-Parish Surcharge $300
3) Fundraising Non-Participation Surcharge $170

1)Parent Commitment:
Each family is required to contribute approximately 40 hours of service to our school a year to qualify for the base tuition rate.

2)Parish Membership:
The parishes who support our school are Most Holy Redeemer and Sacred Heart. Families who plan to enroll children in EBCCS for 2012-2013 will be expected to meet parish affiliation requirements in order to qualify for the base tuition rate.

3) Fundraising Obligation:
Each family is also required to participate in our major fundraising drives.
Detailed information on each of the three programs above will be provided at the time of registration.

Documents and Age Requirements:
1. Medical and immunization records are required for all new students.
2. K0, K1, K2 Gr. 1--proof of age (birth certificate) Age Requirements: K0 three years by September 1st; K1 four years old by September 1st; K2 five years old by September 1st; Grade 1 six years old by September 1st
In addition to age requirements, children applying to Grades K2 through Grade 8 must meet minimum academic requirements on our entrance exam.

Gr. 1-8 Formal School Uniform
The Uniform/Grooming Code will continue to remain the same for both boys and girls (see EBCCS Handbook). As in the past, the rules for wearing the school uniform will be consistently and fairly enforced. In addition to the regular uniform, a regulation uniform sweater or vest with school emblem for boys and girls is also required. The uniform company, Collegiate House, will have most
of the necessary pieces for our formal uniform (The exception is the EBCCS polo shirt and gym outfits. These items must be purchased at our school). For all other regulation uniform pieces, please go directly to the Collegiate House Store located at 970 Fellsway, Medford Phone: (781-219-4952)

K0, K1 and K2 Uniform
K0, K1, and K2 have a uniform consisting of the official EBCCS blue polo shirt, elastic waist regulation navy pants, and navy shorts . These items are only available at our school. The official EBCCS navy sweater or vest with emblem may be purchased through our school.

Gym Uniform & Polo Shirts (Applies to Grades K0 through Grade 8) All students are required to have the official EBCCS polo shirt and gym uniform. These items must be purchased directly from our school.
