Dear Parents,
We are continuing to plan for next year and have been working on the budget for the 2012-13 school year, which includes setting tuition. Please keep in mind that the tuition we charge does not cover the total cost of education. The parish helps greatly in keeping the cost to parents as low as possible, subsidizing us approximately 33 cents on the dollar.
This year, Bishop Foys once again approved a tuition increase of no higher than 4% for the first child rate and no higher than 5% for addition child rates. He also approved fee increases of up to 5%. We are pleased to announce that, through good budget tracking, watchful spending, and an increased enrollment, we only need to raise tuition 2% this year. Fees will remain unchanged. Tuition for the 2012 - 13 school year is as follows:

There will be an additional fee of $100 per eighth grade student to help cover costs for the eighth grade trip, group picture, promotion flowers, and other items particular to this grade. This fee will be collected separate from tuition.
Parents who pay monthly should arrange for an automatic deduction from your bank account to ours at no cost to you. Monthly deductions can be taken on the 5th, 15th, or 25th. A new auto-debit form must be filled out each year and we have included one with this letter. Please return the form to the school office. New deductions for the 2012-13 school year begin in July. Parents who pay in full by check or cash before August 1 may deduct 2% from the tuition rate. Parents who pay in full using a credit card are not eligible for the deduction because of the 3% processing fee the school must pay. You can contact Mr. Mike Walker with any questions.
