FAMILY TUITION PAYMENT PLAN
ONE BILL - CHOOSE YOUR PLAN - IT INCLUDES FEES, TUITION AND BOOKS

Note: Yearbooks are optional and not included in your book bill/tuition payments.

Plan A: Payments in full due August 1, 2012.
Plan B: Payment of ½ tuition due August 1, 2012 and January 1, 2013.
Plan C: Ten monthly installments. Payments automatically deducted from checking or saving's account on the 10th or 20th of each month beginning August, 2012.
Plan D: Eleven monthly installments. Payments automatically deducted from checking or saving's account on the 10th or 20th of each month beginning July, 2012.
Plan E: Twelve monthly installments. Payments automatically deducted from checking or saving's account on the 10th or 20th of each month beginning June, 2012.

PAYMENT PLANS
Plan A: August 1, 2012: $11,100
Plan B: 1st Payment, August 1, 2012: $5,600 2nd Payment, January 1, 2013: $5,600
Plan C: Beginning August 2012: Ten monthly automatic deductions of $1,135. each.
Plan D: Beginning July 2012: Eleven monthly automatic deductions of $1,039. each.
Plan E: Beginning June 2012: Twelve monthly automatic deductions of $953. each.
International Students incur and additional fee of $2000 per year.

ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER DUE DATE WILL INCUR $40.00 LATE CHARGE.
Enrollment fee included in Plan C, Plan D and Plan E
SMART Application for Plans C-D-E is attached for your completion only is you wish to enroll in SMART or change your SMART Plan for the 2012-2013 school year.
