About Nativity Elementary School
Tuition for the 2012-2013 school year is $4,790.00 per student.
Discounts will be available to families who meet the following criteria:
1. Be a registered member of Nativity Church and attend Mass each Sunday
2. Purchase two books of Octoberfest raffle tickets (or pay $50.00) and volunteer 5 hours at the Octoberfest (or pay $150.00)
3. Make a minimum donation of $6.00 per week or $312.00 per calendar year to Nativity Church **
Parish envelope registration number must accompany all donations!
4. Make a $50.00 donation toward the annual Casino Night fundraiser in the form of auction items, gift cards or cash.
**(In fairness to all, and in good faith, we must ask that families show their support in church donations for at least five months prior to receiving the discounted rates.)

SCHOOL FEES:
Registration Fee (non-refundable): $150.00 per family
(Includes registration processing, computer fee, Teacher Appreciation Day, two 2013 Casino Night tickets)
Academic Fee (non-refundable): $200.00 per student*
(Includes non-consumable book fees, student insurance, computer fee, yard duty fee, disaster preparedness)
Sacramental Program Fee (non-refundable): $ 40.00 per student
(1st & 2nd year participants: includes parent and student resources)
Graduation Fee (non-refundable): $150.00 per student
(Includes graduation gown, retreat, diploma and cover, class sweatshirt)
*Additional consumable books must be purchased at the beginning of the school year
VOLUNTEER HOURS: Each family is required to volunteer 40 hours annually or pay $12.00 per hour for every hour not fulfilled.*
SCRIP: Each family will be assessed $150.00 at the time of registration. Families who wish to purchase SCRIP throughout the school year will receive 50% of the profit, which may be applied towards any school fees. Purchases must be completed by April 30.
FUNDRAISING: Each family is required to raise $300.00 (one student family) or $450.00 (two or more student family) annually, through participation in fund-raisers.
* Service hours will be due each trimester according to the following: Trimester 1 - 15 hours; Trimester 2 - 15 hours; Trimester 3 - 10 hours completed by April 30.
