Children entering Kindergarten in September 2012 must be 5 years old by December 31, 2012.
Children entering Pre-K in September 2012 must be 4 years old by December 31, 2012.
Children entering Nursery Program in September 2012 must be 3 years old by December 31, 2012.
Fees: (Subject to increase)
Tuition is billed in 10 monthly installments. The first bill is mailed July 1 and payment is due in August.
The annual billing fee of $45.00 per family is added to the monthly payment.

Parishioner Status for Tuition
In a letter from Sr. M. Stephen, RDC, dated May 2010, the following information was relayed to all school families:
The school office, not the rectory, handles tuition. During the 2009 - 2010 school year we monitored Parishioner status by way of the children\'s envelope system. Many families had registered as parishioners, but did not attend weekly Mass at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. Families who missed an entire month were sent a reminder letter. If two months passed without attendance, the tuition rate was switched to Non-Parishioner.
We will follow the same procedure for the \'11 - \'12 school year.
To be eligible for Parishioner Status for Tuition:
The Family
must be registered with the Rectory.
must contribute at least $250.00 per year to the Parish, using the envelope system on Sunday.
To maintain Parishioner Tuition Rates:
The Children
must attend Mass regularly at OLMC on Saturday or Sunday.
must use their own Parish envelope (the amount contributed is not important.)
attendance will be recorded based on envelopes placed in the collection basket at Mass each week.
if several weeks worth of envelopes are placed in the collection together, they will count as only 1 week.
envelopes turned in to the office during the week will not be considered for attendance/parishioner status.
each child in the family will receive new envelopes in late September. Attendance recording for tuition status will begin in October.
Reminder letters are sent after a 1-month absence. If two consecutive months are missed, tuition will revert to Non-Parishioner and an adjustment will be made to your TMS account.
TMS has advised us that once this adjustment has been made, the Non-Parishioner status will remain until the following school year. Please keep my staff informed of anything that might cause a change in your status.

APPLICATION FEE: $25.00 for each new registrant
REGISTRATION / RE-REGISTRATION FEE: $125. for each child
PARENTS\' GUILD FEE: $100.00 for each family - separate check, made payable to \"Parents\' Guild\"
(Includes one Parents\' Guild \"lucky 300\" ticket)
To be paid using the Church Envelope System:
PARISHIONER CHURCH SUPPORT: $250.00 per year
To be paid in September:
BOOK & ACTIVITY FEE: $150.00 per student
TECHNOLOGY FEE: $125.00 per family
There is an annual billing fee of $45.00 per family.
You will receive only 1 statement which may be paid in full or in 10 installments. 1st payment is due in August, last in May.
You may by check, automatic withdrawal, or credit card.
Payments will be due on the 1st or 15th of the month, depending on your selection.
A late fee will be imposed on any account paid after the chosen due date.
The re-registration fee of $100.00 per child is due by January 21st, payable to \"Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School.\"
