Summary of School Fees
Preschool Fees:
$35 Activity fee (Due Aug. 17): One time payment payable to OLOS Preschool.

$16 Daily attendance fee: Prepay weekly or monthly to OLOS Preschool. Payment is expected for each day your child is registered for, regardless of actual attendance.

Bus/Van fee: See payment options on agreement - payable to OLOS Church - may be dropped in collection at weekend Mass.


School Fees: Grade K-8
$65 per child book fee (Due Aug. 17): One time fee payable to OLOS School.

$10 per child technology fee (Due Aug. 17): One time fee payable to OLOS School for Technology resources - maximum $30 per family.

School support is dependent upon Parish tithing. Tuition is based on your income, so contact the school for your specific tuition rates.

School lunches: $1.75 per day or $306.00 per year - prepay and student\'s account will be charged for each day he/she eats a school lunch, payable to OLOS School Lunch.

Milk cards are available at $5 for 20 punches in grades 3 - 8. No card will be issued without prepayment. Students in Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grade 2 need to purchase a card immediately and then occasionally thereafter (you will receive notice, approximately once a month) to pay for afternoon milk.

Our Lady of the Snows School before and after school care program serves working families who desire supplementary day care in a Christian environment for children enrolled at Our Lady of the Snows School. The program is available on a full - time and part-time, and drops in basis.

Fees:
Fees for the program are payable monthly for full time and part-time participants. Fees for the program are payable monthly for regular (full and part-time) participants regardless whether the child attends or not. There will be no extended care when school is canceled for the entire day or bad weather (Snow Day). Checks need to be made payable to OLOS Extended Care.

Payment for regular (full and part time) participants is due the first school day of the month. Payment is to be sent to the school office and made payable to œOLOS Extended Care . Drop-ins must pay on the day of service. The program is entirely financed by fees. Regular and prompt payment will assure the continuation of personnel and the provision of ample supplies, equipment and snacks. Accounts must be paid up to date each month or services for Extended care will not be provided. 20

Parents must make arrangements to have their child picked up if they foresee being late. A $5.00 per 5-minute late fee will be incurred. Excessive late pick-ups could result in your child being dismissed from the extended care program.
