About Eureka Christian School
New Student Application Procedure
To register a new student, please complete the application form and return it to the school along with the registration fee. This is a good time to look around our school, ask questions, and meet board members, other parents, and teachers. An appointment will then be made in which the principal, the teacher and a board member will meet with you and your child. The Eureka Christian School board makes all final decisions regarding the admission of students. After this meeting the board will review your application. Then the board will notify you concerning your child\'s admission. Any registration fees are returned if a student is denied admission by the school board. We want to do the very best for your child and meet his or her academic and social needs. If the board and teachers feel that we cannot adequately meet a child\'s academic and social needs, we will recommend other solutions. We admit students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at this school.
Registration Fees for grades K-12:
Registration fees must be paid prior to enrollment. They cover a portion of our cost for textbooks at the beginning of each year. Therefore, these fees are also non-refundable unless you notify the administration at least five days before school starts. A $25 fee will then be kept out of your refunded money. No registration fees will be refunded after this deadline.

Our tuition is based upon a 9 month payment schedule. Tuition is due by the 5th of each month. Any tuition paid after the 10th of each month will incur a $20 late fee. It is very important that the school treasurer be contacted if you will be late with your payment, so that extenuating arrangements can be made. If your payment has not been received by the 10th of the month, and you have not contacted the school to make other arrangements by the 20th of the month, your student(s) may be denied admittance until such arrangements are made.
If tuition fees are paid for the entire school year by September 15th, a 10% discount will be allowed. However, if the student withdraws from school this discount is forfeited.
*Tuition for special-needs student will be at the discretion of the Eureka Christian School Board.
In addition, to help keep the cost of our tuition down, families are expected to work at least 50 hours during the year in fundraising or school-related activities. (These hours can be purchased at the rate of $8.00 an hour if families are unable to participate.) See school calendar for events and dates. Attending parent meetings is a vital part of being involved and knowing what is being planned. A parent representative from each family is required to attend each meeting. Please check the schedule and make arrangements to attend.
