Student Admissions Process
Step 1: The student needs to download & complete the following application forms:
A: Student Application including a written testimony and why you wish to attend LCHS
B. Copy of Transcript OR Copies of All High School Report Cards
C. Dorm Residency Application (Only if applying for the dorm)
D. Two non-family references for Dorm Application (Only if applying for the dorm)
E. Letter from the parent stating reasons for student application and a brief family history (Only if applying for the dorm)

Step 2: Send the application forms from Step 1 to LCHS either by mail, fax, or e-mail using the following addresses and numbers:

Step 3: Admissions Committee reviews the returned information. (In the case of a potential dorm student, the file is also reviewed by the Dorm Parents & Dorm Committee.)

Step 4: Boarding Students Only send a non-refundable $200 to hold a room opening for them until the beginning of the trimester which will be applied to their room & board.

Step 5: Enrollment is completed with the following:
A. Covenant Agreement
B. Medical Information Sheet
C. Certificate of Immunization (or a comparable form provided by your medical team)
D. Financial Agreement
E. Initial payment as per Financial Agreement (Due on or before first day of enrollment)
F. Pre-Participation Physical Examination Form
(A physical is required for all students prior to their arrival, and this form will also fulfill the athletic physical requirements.)

Tuition & Financial Details for 2012-2013
For one year (2012-2013) at LCHS:
Tuition (U.S. Citizen): $2,600.00
Tuition (International): $6,000.00
Room & Board (U.S. Citizen): $4,800.00
Room & Board (International): $6,750.00

* The costs are kept as low as possible to be consistent with responsible operations. The tuition payment covers only 1/10th of your student's education. It is through the additional prayerful and sacrificial giving by yourself and others that we are able to maintain the operation of our school.**

Trimester (3 payments): $1620.00
Monthly (9 Payments): $550.00

Room & Board International
Yearly: $6750.00
Trimester (3 payments): $2280.00
Monthly (9 Payments): $780.00
Additional Fees

Lunches:
$585 per year (or $195 per trimester) (Cost of lunches is subject to change as per review by Lustre Grade School.
Lunches are included in Room & Board fee for Dormitory students.)

Room Deposit (US Boarding Students ONLY): $250 at the beginning of the year (Refundable at the end of the school year if room is left in good condition.)

Accepted dorm students must send a non-refundable $200.00 to hold a room opening for them until the beginning of the Trimester which will be applied to their room and board.
