I. Registration Fees (per student) - Registration fees must accompany registration forms. Registration fees are non-refundable. Entrance tests will not be given until the registration forms and fees are received. If for any reason the student is not admitted because of poor test scores, $60.00 will be applied for testing, and the remainder of the registration fee will be refunded to the parent.

Registration Fee: $200.00
*Early Registration Benefit (If the Registration Fee is paid by March 2, 2012, you will have $80 deducted from your October FACTS payment. If you pay in full, in October you will receive a rebate of $80).

Bus Registration (per family): $100.00 (applied to first five months of payments)

*FACTS Management Fee: $41.00

II. Tuition Rates (per year)
K3, K4, and K5 (Half-day, 5 days a week): $2980.00
No multiple student discounts for half day students
K3 and K4 (Full Day, 5 days a week): $4900.00
K5 - 6th Grade: $4775.00
7th - 9th Grades: $4990.00
10th - 12th Grades: $5600.00

III. Tuition Discounts

IV. Extended Hours (per year)
This is for all grades K3 - 12th (in addition to the regular tuition).
Morning hours 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Afternoon hours 3:20 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Extended Hours Fee applies to any period of time regardless of how much of the
time is used. For students not picked up by 6:05 p.m., there will be an additional fee of $1.00 per minute.

V. Transportation Rates
Transportation costs per year:
1 Child: $1500
2 Children: $2200
3 Children: $2750

Like the tuition, transportation fees may be divided into ten payments. For students
desiring to ride one-way, 60% rates for the transportation are available upon request.

VI. Materials Fee
K-3 and K-4: $200.00
K-5: $310.00
1st - 12th grades: $430.00

(The materials fee includes the price for books, and fees such as fine arts, paper, plus pencils and crayons for the kindergarten through second grade, and graduation expenses for both the high school and kindergarten).
If bill is œPaid in Full  before August 5th, a 5% discount off the total tuition will be applied. If you register after August 5th, you will receive a 5% discount off your total tuition if it is paid in full at the time of registration.
Tuition payments are made in 10 monthly payments. The first tuition payment is due on August 5th. The materials fee is due by July 5th. If you register after August 5th, the number of payments will be adjusted in order for the last payment to be on May 5th. Payments received after the 5th of the month are considered late. A fee of $35 will be charged for overdue tuition payments and returned checks. If the child is withdrawn from school during the year, the parent must pay through the end of the present month. Your final payment must be May 5th.
*All tuition payments will be made through FACTS Management. FACTS is an automated
payment system. What this means is that parents are pre-authorizing their bank or credit card company to automatically transfer funds to the school on the installment payment dates traditional to the school. There is a $41.00 fee that you will pay directly to FACTS Management. You must set-up an account with FACTS Management. This can be done online by going to the FACTS link on our school website (www.cbcaknights.org) or at the school financial office.
