About St. Dorothy Catholic School

Tuition may be paid in full, by semester, monthly or by special arrangement per your signed contract. IF YOU CHOOSE TO WITHDRAW FROM ST. DOROTHY SCHOOL BEFORE THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR, ALL TUITION AND ACADEMIC FEES ARE DUE AND PAYABLE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. (PER CONTRACT)

To qualify for Supportive Tuition the following criteria apply:
Regular weekly Mass attendance at St. Dorothy Church
Registered and active participation in parish life
Weekly use of St. Dorothy Parish envelopes with required minimum contribution of $5.00 per week

Non-Supportive Tuition is one that does not fulfill the qualifications listed as a Supportive Parishioner.
One child: Supportive Tuition $4,450.00, Non-Supportive Tuition $5,000.00
Two children: Supportive Tuition $8,455.00, Non-Supportive Tuition $10,000.00
Three children: Supportive Tuition $12,015.00, Non-Supportive Tuition $15,000.00
Four children: Supportive Tuition $15,575.00, Non-Supportive Tuition $ 20,000.00
Kindergarten*: Supportive Tuition $4,450.00, Non-Supportive Tuition $5,000.00

*The family plan does not apply to the Kindergarten tuition.

NOTE: Academic Fee must be paid at the time of re-registration. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

TUITION COLLECTION MANAGEMENT
St. Dorothy School's tuition collection will be managed through the F.A.C.T.S. TUITION MANAGEMENT COMPANY. F.A.C.T.S. is a Management Plan that utilizes an AUTOMATIC BANK PAYMENT, as authorized by the parents from their bank account.

Payment Option Plans Available:
Option 1: Full Payment of Tuition by July 5, 2012. This payment is made directly to St. Dorothy School and entitles you to a $75.00 tuition discount. No discount if paid after July 5, 2012. Academic fee will be added to tuition total. A contract fee of $10 is charged.

Option 2: Two-Payment Plan with payments due July 5, 2012 and January 5, 2013. This plan will be paid directly to FACTS. If unforeseen financial problems should occur, this option will be converted to the F.A.C.T.S. Monthly Payment Plan. Academic fees will be added to the total and made a part of the two-payment plan. A contract fee of $15.00 will be charged.

Option 3: F.A.C.T.S. Monthly Payment Plan. Payments are made over 12 months beginning July, 2012, final payment is due June, 2013. Payments can be made either on the 5th or the 20th of the month. A fee of $41.00 will be added to your July payment. This is a contract fee charged by F.A.C.T.S.

Note: If you select Option 1, Option 2 or Option 3 and payment is not made by the due date, or your loan application is not approved, you will automatically be placed on the F.A.C.T.S. Monthly Payment Plan.
