Admissions
New Kindergarten students must be five years old on or before December 1st of the school year in which they are enrolling. A physical examination is required when a student enters school for the first time. Ages must be verified by a birth certificate and immunization records must be complete. A baptismal certificate and social security number are also required.

Upper level students who are transferring from other schools should arrange to provide copies of their academic record to ensure their admission to the proper classes. Upper level students may also be required to have an interview with the pastor. Acceptance is usually on a probationary period.

Registration and Tuition
Registration and tuition fees are set by the St. Mary of the Lake School Board. A family registration fee is paid at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

Tuition may be paid one of two ways: 1) Tuition for the up coming school year may be paid in full by July 1st. 2) On a monthly basis to the FACTS Management Program. You may choose to have your monthly payment automatically deducted from your checking account at no cost to you. You may choose to make your payment with a coupon book, a personal check, money order or pay-by-phone. Credit cards may also be used. Termination of a FACTS plan/ withdraw from school will result in the FACTS enrollment fee being charged. Tuition payments are made over an 11 month period beginning in August. A one time a year fee is charged to set up the account. St. Mary's receives a tuition report from FACTS every 10 days.

*Tuition is paid over 11 months starting in Aug. 2012, last payment made in June 2013. If payments are started after August the monthly payment is different then above figure.

*All payments are made to œFACTS Management Services.  Automatic bank payments are made from your bank account on a monthly basis.

To pay the tuition in full, payment must be made before Aug. 1, 2012.
