About Holbrook Indian School
HOLBROOK INDIAN SCHOOL has adopted a flat-rate package plan for tuition charges. The subsidized net cost for Native American children is $700 per semester per student for grades 1-6, and $750 per semester per student for grades 7-12. All students who can demonstrate at least one-quarter Native American heritage, or have a tribal census number, are eligible for the subsidy. Room and board are covered in tuition costs, regardless of subsidy. Students in grades 8 through 12 may also have additional class and graduation-related fees.
What tribe do I have to be?
It doesn\'t matter. Holbrook Indian School was established for Native American youth -- qualified students from all Native American tribes are eligible. Anyone who is willing to abide by the standards of the school, and desires a character-building education is welcome.
How do I get in?
There are a few things we need to send to you -- including the Student Handbook, and an application form. Click here to request by e-mail. Click here to download the application online. When you receive them this is what you need to do:
Students and parents are asked to review the HIS Student Handbook very carefully. Young people desiring a Christian education, as offered by the school, are encouraged to apply.
Complete the application form. Be sure to include your social security and tribal census numbers. Also, make sure that all the parent/guardian and student signatures have been included in their proper places on the application form -- we cannot process an application without the proper signatures!
Mail the fully completed application form, along with a copy of the student\'s social security card, tribal census card, current transcripts or grade sheets, and the $25 non-refundable application processing fee to:
