The Stewardship rate applies to those families who provide their time, talent and treasure to their church, parish, synagogue, or mosque; all others must pay the non-stewardship rate. Stewardship forms must be completed and returned in order to be considered for the stewardship rate.
Pre-School Program
St. Mary's offers two pre-school programs:
- A 1,2 or 3 full day program for 3 year olds
- A 1,2,3,4 or 5 full day program for 4 year olds

Pre-Pay Option
All families have the option of pre-paying tuition directly to SMA. With one payment, your tuition commitment to SMA will be met. If you choose this option and do so by July 1, 2012 your co-curricular fee will be waived.
Financial Aid:
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FORMS are available ON-LINE at www.factstuitionaid.com or at the school office.
*The application deadline to FACTS® Grant and Aid Assessment is April 15th.
Financial aid is available to families with children in our K through 8 program only.
Enrollment/Re-Enrollment
- The $40.00 Registration Fee for all students must be submitted with the registration form.
- All Registration Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- There will be a $25 returned check fee for all checks made payable to St. Mary's Academy that do not clear the bank.
FACTS® Tuition Management Service Overview
- There is an annual non-refundable $38 administrative fee (electronic transfers) or $44 (monthly invoice options) for enrollment in the FACTS® program per family. This fee will be added to your tuition collected by FACTS® - please do not make this payment to the school.
- All families who do not pre-pay tuition must enroll in this program.
- Pay tuition over 11 months, from July through May, via personal check, money order, or automatic deduction.
- Payments are made on the 5th or the 20th of each month.
- Your enrollment form to FACTS® must be returned with your registration.
Withdrawal Policy
- Families must notify the school in writing if a student is withdrawn from the school.
- Registered students who withdraw between the first day of school and December 15th are responsible for ½ of the full tuition amount.
- Registered students who withdraw after December 15th are responsible for the full tuition amount.
- The school will not forward records for students who withdraw with an outstanding balance.
A RETURN FEE OF $25.00 WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY RETURNED TUITION PAYMENT.
