In this plan there is ONE FLAT RATE for every child that is a parishioner and ONE FLAT RATE for every child that is out of parish or non-Catholic. If families cannot pay the full tuition, then we would offer them a œFamily Scholarship Grant  rate as ˜tuition assistance'. Any family needing this assistance MUST fill out the PSAS Form for tuition assistance and list specific hardships that would indicate a need for assistance. A meeting then needs to be set up with the Principal to finalize the tuition plan.

* NON-REFUNDABLE ~ The Registration Fee

Tuition is an annual fee. Tuition is paid on a ten-month basis beginning August 1st of the year registered. Tuition is due the 1st of each month. Tuition and fees are to be paid in the school office.
A $25.00 late charge will be added to tuition not paid by the 10th of the month. If payment is one month late, students will not be admitted to class. If, the 10th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, tuition can be paid on the following Monday.
There is a $35.00 returned check fee. Returned checks will not be re-presented for payment. After one (1) returned check, your account will be put on cash or money order status.
The Application Fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. If the Application Fee is not paid at the time of registration, your child's application will be put in our hold file. The Application Fee is non-refundable.
HGS School Board has approved and incentive policy. You will be awarded a $250 payment toward your tuition for every new family you bring into our school. The award will be issued to you after the children in the family have been registered and completed one month of school.
Hopefully, HGS will increase and multiply as we work together for the good of all our children at HGS.
