TUITION AND FEE POLICY 2012-2013
Imlay City Christian School is a private institution, not funded by the state or attached to any church from which it receives annual support. Tuition is the main source of budgeted monies. The School Board has established the Tuition and Fee Policy in order to provide each student with an exceptional education as well as to fund the efficient operation of Imlay City Christian School.

1. Each family is required to pay a $100 non-refundable registration fee per student that will be deducted from the student's tuition balance. This covers the student processing and book fees.
2. A $350 Building Fund fee is assessed per family. This is a non-refundable, tax-deductible fee assessed over and above tuition fees. Payment must be received prior to first day of school.
3. Parents who withdraw children during any marking period will pay tuition for the full marking period.
4. All new students are required to take the Woodcock-Johnson test, administered by a qualified teacher, prior to admission. There is a $50 test fee payable prior to testing.
5. Each family is required to participate in 3 fundraisers or œbuy out  of the required fundraisers at $150 per fundraiser (total = $450). If you fail to participate in your required 3 fundraisers and have not previously bought out, you will be charged $250 for each fundraiser obligation you have not completed. Fundraisers are an essential part of keeping tuition costs down.
6. The following tuition credits may be applied:
- Refer a new family who enrolls - $200 tuition credit to your account for each referral.
- Full payment of tuition in advance of the new school year - $300 tuition credit.
- New family enrolling for the very first time at I.C.C.S. - $400 tuition credit.
- Other tuition assistance may be available. ie: Latchkey supervisor, Janitorial work

2 Students (K-8): $ 7254.00
3 Students (K-8): $ 9702.00
4+ Students (K-8): $11745.00
(50% of tuition costs will be refunded if student is withdrawn before school begins)
Kindergarten attends Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:50 AM to 3:30 PM

**PAYMENT OPTIONS**
1. 11 payments: first payment due August 10th and the 10th of each month thereafter
2. 4 payments: due August 10th, November 10th, February 10th, May 10th
3. 1 payment: due August 10th
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS OTHER THAN ABOVE NEED TO BE APPROVED BY THE SCHOOL BOARD.
Outstanding balances are subject to a late fee of $10.00 monthly
