New Student Enrollment Fee: $250 for the first new student: $150 for each additional student
The first tuition payment is due by EFT on either June 1 or 15, 2012. The June and July tuition payments are non-refundable. If a student's tuition payment is not received by 4:00 pm on June 15th, that student will be considered withdrawn. All new student application procedures and enrollment fees will apply.
Tuition Discount Options
Heritage Christian School will provide a 1% discount to any family that pays 100% of their student(s) tuition by August 15, 2012. The discount applies to tuition only and not to pre-paid lunches, extras, etc.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
EFT is required for all Heritage Christian students. Deductions from a checking or savings account may be scheduled on either the 1st or the 15th of each month. A late fee of $35 will be charged to any past due accounts at 4:00 pm on the 15th of each month and for each subsequent month until accounts are current. NSF fee for returned EFT transactions is $35. Prompt payment of tuition is vital to the operation of HCS. Heritage Christian School reserves the right to prohibit a student from attending school, to withhold report cards, and deny online access to grades for past due accounts.
Tuition Includes: Textbook Rental, Student Accident Insurance, Specialty Classes (Science Labs, Band), Technology Services & Fees, Most Class Field Trip Fees, Most Retreat Fees (Transportation, lodging), Standardized Testing
Tuition Does Not Include: Athletic Fees, Directed Studies, Replacement ID Card Fees, Bus Fees, Resource Fees, Replacement Agenda or Book Fees, Cafeteria Usage, Search and Teach, NSF and Late Fees (Penalties), Child Care Usage, Explorers/Discovery, Senior Trip Fees, PE Uniforms, AP Testing, Senior Graduation Fees, Participation Fees, NILD (HT/SAT), Optional Trip Fees, Extracurricular Fees, Star Reading, Yearbooks
