Tuition
Tuition is paid over 11 months, June - April. Tuition is due the 16th of the month. If the 16th falls on a weekend, tuition is due the Friday before.

Cost Per Student
$8,133 is the current cost per student (based on an enrollment of 190 and includes expenses of salaries, insurance, taxes, utilities, technology, books). We greatly appreciate the Parish's subsidy and encourage each family to continue to financially support the Church.

Scrips Program
Holy Family sponsors a Scrips program to further cover the education of your children. We recommend that you purchase $200 of gift cards a month, or a donation of $20.00 per month. You can order Scrips either on line or weekly at the school office.

Payments
Payments will be made by auto draft from your checking account monthly. (see the attached authorization form). This form must be renewed and signed each year.

Financial Aid
Limited financial aid is available. Complete financial aid applications are due by March 15th, 2011 for the 2011-2012 School Year. Applications received after this date will be considered only if any remaining financial aid is available. We will be using the Facts Tuition Aid Management program which is accessible only online. Please contact the school office for more information. Applicants will also be eligible for the Sammons Tuition Assistance program sponsored by the Diocese of Dallas using this same process.

Tuition Payment Plan
Option 1 - One Payment due June 1 for the full amount of Tuition
Option 2 - 11 payments through the Pay Easy plan. Payments are deducted from your account according to the schedule listed above on the 16th of each month beginning June 16, 2012 and ending April 16, 2013.
Option 3 - 11 payments through the Pay Easy Plan as described in Option 2 that will
include an additional $20.00 payment as part of your SCRIPS donation.

Tuition Refund Policy
It is understood that no refund or cancellation of tuition will be made by Holy Family of Nazareth School due to absence, withdrawal or dismissal of a student before the end of the school year.
