*This activity fee will cover the Christmas party, end of the year party, Oktoberfest booth costs, teacher appreciation, etc. This fee was normally collected by Room Mothers at the beginning of the year. This does not include teacher gifts which are strictly at the discretion of the parents.
**There will be no fund raising events that require participation (gift wrap sale, school raffle, etc.). Any events will be strictly voluntary (Father-Daughter Dance, etc.)

All paid tuition and fees are non-refundable

Tuition can be paid through FACTS, an automatic bank debit system or in a lump sum payment prior to June 5, 2012.

Tuition and fees, except Registration and New Family fees, will be added together and divided by 12. All current families will automatically be re-enrolled in FACTS prior to April 15th, 2012.

FACTS payments will begin at the end of April or beginning of May for the 2012-13 school year.

Families who pay in a lump sum by June 5th will receive a 2% discount in tuition (plus you will not have to pay the annual fee FACTs charges making it a greater savings). Families who pay 1/2 of the tuition in a lump sum and the remaining through FACTS will receive a 1% reduction in tuition.

**Florida\'s Voluntary Pre Kindergarten Program (VPK)

The 2012-2013 school year will be the eighth year Assumption Catholic School has been a Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) provider for four-year-old children. VPK was a state constitutional amendment passed by Florida voters in 2002. The state of Florida will issue a certificate of eligibility to families residing in Florida with a child who will be 4 years old on or before September 1st. VPK will pay for 540 hours of instruction in our pre kindergarten program which is 135 days of our 175 day school year.

If you wish your child to attend for the entire 175 days, you must pay the difference in the state funded amount and the school tuition. This past year the state paid $2417.07. We do not know the amount for next year at this time.
