Tuition and Fees
The registration fee of $135 for one child ($160 for two, $185 for three, and $200 for four or more) is paid when a child is accepted and is due by February 11, 2013 for all returning students. This fee pays for technology costs (annual maintenance, licenses, and scheduled replacement), various school supplies used on campus for science, art, music, physical education, library books, periodicals, classroom instructional materials, assemblies, and office supplies. Registration fees are non-refundable, as well as, textbooks fees. A $20 field trip fee is required to cover the transportation costs for 2 field trips. This fee pays for buses only, not admission tickets or any other field trip expenses. Membership dues of $50 for their Home and School Association (H.S.A.) are also required at time of acceptance.

Tuition payments are set-up as a monthly automatic drafts taken directly from an account designated by the parent, or can be paid in full by July 31, 2013. You will be charged a $40 set-up charge from FACTS at the start of the year. No personal checks will be accepted for tuition payments after July 31, 2013; No exceptions.

Note: You will be given a 1% tuition discount, and save the $40 FACTS set-up fee if you pre-pay your whole tuition before July 31, 2013.

Textbook Fees
Are collected after acceptance and are due before May 24, 2013
K = $210, 1st and 2nd grades = $230, 3rd - 5th grades = $250, 6th - 8th grades $260.

School hours
For students in Kindergarten through the 8th grades are 7:50AM -3:00 PM.

Before and After-School care
(Extended Day Program) is available to students enrolled in Holy Spirit School from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM each day. Extended Day services are not available on days when school is not open. The Extended Day fee for 1 child who requires both morning and afternoon supervision is $170 per month. 2 children will be charged $235 per month, and the fee for 3 children will be $290.
Students who need only morning care, will be charged $45 per month (1 child), $70 per month (2 children), and $85 per month (3 children). All Extended Day payments are to be made directly to the school on the first of every month.

4 Year-old Pre-Kindergarten Program
Their Pre-K program is open to children who are 4 years old on or before September 1, 2013. The program runs from 8:30 AM until 11:30 noon and is 5 days a week. They also have an afternoon class from 12:00-3:00 each day.
The cost is $290 per month plus a one-time supply fee of $140 and a non-refundable registration fee of $95. All of these fees are paid for by the state of Florida if parents register for the Voluntary Pre-K program. There will be an additional monthly charge of $170 for any Pre-K children who need to remain at the school after the regular three-hour program ends at 11:30.
