About Keokuk Christian Academy

The operational expenses of Keokuk Christian Academy are underwritten in two ways, fees charged by the school and gifts. The fees charged by the school do not cover the total cost of educating our students. We depend on the generosity of the New Testament Christian Church, parents, and other concerned individuals and organizations.

Fees
There are three types of fees charged by the school. These are enrollment fees, book fees, and tuition.
a.Enrollment fees must accompany an application for enrollment. Enrollment fees are nonrefundable.
$100 by March 1
$150 after March 1
b. Fees for books and supplies are:
$150 by July 15
$175 after July 15

Students who withdraw from the school do not receive a credit or a refund for any unused portion of any textbooks. The administrator may be able to arrange to prorate book fees when a child enrolls after the school year has begun.
This determination will be made by the administrator based on the availability of textbooks and materials and the number of weeks remaining in the school year.
NOTE: Many of the textbooks that the school uses are consumable, i.e., the students mark responses, do their work in the textbook. These books, of course, become the property of the student at the end of the school year. There are some textbooks, however, which are non-consumable and which are expected to be used more than one year. These books remain the property of the school. Books which are expected to last more than one year and whose life span is shortened due to abuse or neglect will become the property of the student. The administrator will determine the cost of the damage and assess the student for damage incurred.
c. The following tuition schedules indicate the tuition charges for the 2012-2013 school year:
NOTE: A reduction in tuition exists for families who are members, because the church provides facilities, utilities, insurance, and a portion of the administrator's salary.

Tuition Discounts:
Automatic payment withdrawal ($100) per child
Payment in advance one semester ($50)
Payment in advance one year ($100)
Recruitment of a new student ($300 per recruit)
NTCC membership ($200)
