Pre-K Student Fee:
The student fee is charged to help offset the cost of consumable books, gym supplies and equipment. This fee is due on or before June 15, 2012. There will be a $25 per student late charge if paid after June 15, 2012.

FACTS Tuition Management Program: Calvary Academy is utilizing the FACTS Tuition Management Program. FACTS Tuition offers a simplified approach to tuition collection. All families, except those that will make a full payment in advance, will participate in the FACTS tuition program.
There is an annual $41 FACTS enrollment fee (assessed by the FACTS corporation) which will be automatically deducted 14 days after you receive your confirmation letter from FACTS or will be included on your first statement from FACTS.

Payment Options
10 month payments run from July 2012 through April 2013
Monthly payments are due on the 1st, 5th or 20th of each month, as follows:
1st = monthly statement, 5th & 20th = automatic withdrawal from a checking or savings account
All payments 5 days after the due date are considered late and a $25.00 late fee will be charged.

Non-Refundable Additional Fees
Initial Application & Testing Fee: $ 75.00 per student (one time, non-refundable)
Yearly Registration Fee: $200.00 per student
Student Fee: $100.00 per student (only refunded if withdrawn before Aug. 15)

Delinquent Accounts
Families with delinquent accounts cannot re-enroll until all financial obligations have been met. Tuition account must remain current through the end of the year in order to maintain enrollment status. Any accounts more than 30 days past due are subject to suspension of enrollment.
