Registration Fees
Returning student, am only program: $100 per child
Returning student, full day program: $200 per child
New student, am only program: $125 per child
New student, full day program: $250 per child
Registration fees are payable at registration. The registration fee is not refundable and will not be counted as part of the year's tuition payment.
A limited amount of Financial Aid is available. Financial awards are considered on a first come, first served basis. Please direct your inquiries to the School Bookkeeper.
There is no reduction in tuition as compensation for days missed due to a student's illness, family vacation, family emergency, or inclement weather closures.

Testing Fee
For purposes of placement: $80.00
You may request an assessment of your student to determine placement in our programs. This non-refundable fee will be applied to tuition should you enroll.

Other Fees and Charges
Missed payment charge: $25.00 per payment
NSF bookkeeping charge: $30.00 per returned check

Extended Care Program
Before School Care will be available (7:00 AM to8:00 AM) for school year 2012-13. Each morning is chargeable at $8, per student, payable in advance.
After School Care will be available (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM) for school year 2012-13. Each afternoon use is chargeable at $15.00, per student, payable in advance.
A discount is available with a block purchase program.

Purchase Program
Before School Care: $100 per child/per month
After School Care: $225 per child/per month
Combination (Before and After Care): $275 per child/per month

Drop In and Emergency Care Program: Unplanned, spontaneous care may be available. Parents can call during the school day to inquire if space is available in the care program.

The Extended Care Program is offered as a service to our enrolled families.
It is necessary for the program to be sufficiently utilized so that it pays for itself.

Late Pick Up: After Care ends at 5:30 PM. Any student not signed out by their parent/guardian at 5:30 PM will accrue a late pick up fee of $1 per minute payable at the time of pick up, or at the latest, the following morning before school.

Payment Options
Block program payments must be paid in advance.
All other payment plans must be paid on or before the 5th of the following month.
A credit/debit card or a FACTS form must be on file to utilize Extended Care services.
Extended Care may not be available on some school closure days. Please contact the School Office for further information. The school year calendar is available through the school office. St. Mary's offers 173 classroom days. Closures for inclement weather or other Acts of God will not be made up except as required by state law.
