2012/13 TUITION AND FEES
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee is $100 per student and is due at the time of enrollment. The registration fee is non-refundable. The cost of books is included in tuition.

SPORTS FEES
For the 2012-2013 school year, a fee of $100.00 per sport will be due at the time of sign-up for the individual Immaculata sports.

TUITION
The tuition rates for each student in 2012-2013 are listed below. Families with three or more children in grades K-12 are eligible for a multi-child tuition deduction.

Xavier Elementary School
Leavenworth Region Parish Member: $3,198.00
Full Cost: $4,589.00

Immaculata High School
Leavenworth Region Parish Member: $5,490.00
Full Cost: $8,914.00

Leavenworth Region Parish Member - Registered and participating families (who attend Mass and use parish envelopes for financial contributions) of a Leavenworth Regional Catholic parish which supports the Leavenworth Catholic Schools receive a deduction in tuition.

*New this year - Your registration form must contain a verification signature from the parish in order to receive the parish deduction for tuition.

Full Cost - Actual per pupil cost (Parents or guardians who are financially able to bear responsibility for the full cost of the student\'s education are asked to do so.)

Fund-Raising - Each K-12 family not paying the full cost is required to market 10 NFL Playalong Tickets at $20 each for a total of $200 (July-Sept).

For those families experiencing financial hardship (Grades K-12),please call the Administration Office to request a financial aid form which should be completed and returned to the Administration Office by March 31, 2012.
