* Afternoon program day is assigned by public school attended as follows:

Monday - Abbey Lane Wednesday - Northside, Island Trees, & Lee Rd
Thursday - Gardiners Avenue & Summit Lane.

(If you requested your 1st or 2nd year student to be placed in an afternoon sibling class, you will receive a written confirmation in the fall whether or not your child was able to be assigned to a class. Otherwise your child will be assigned to a Saturday class.)

Registration Information

Returning Families

If you are already enrolled in our Religious Education program your Re Registration materials were already mailed home. Please return the yellow registration sheet with your payment to the Religious Education Office ASAP to ensure a place for your child in our program. (If you are adding a new 1st Year student please follow the instructions on the yellow form)

Attention Parents of New First-Graders!
If you are NOT yet a Registered Parishioner of St. Bernard\'s Parish:

In order for a child to be eligible to begin our 2 year First Holy Communion program in September, a parent or legal guardian must be a currently-registered member of St. Bernard's parish. Parents who are not yet formally registered in the parish may join the parish at an upcoming New Member Welcome Orientations, are held at 7:30 p.m. in St. Bernard's Parish Center. First Holy Communion program registration information packets will be available at the orientation. Please call the parish office at 516-731-4220 or click on the œJoin St. Bernard's Parish\" link at the top of the left column of this page for Welcome Orientation information and sign up. If you are not sure if you are a currently-registered parishioner, please call the parish office at 516-731-4220 or e-mail parish@stbernardslevittown.org to verify.

Please call the Religious Education Center at 516-731-8511 to make a summer registration appointment to register a new first-grader. (Summer hours are by appointment only.)

In order to register you will need:

Parish Envelope Number
Your payment (cash or check only) for $195
A copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate (Even if they were Baptized at St. Bernard's )


NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS
