TUITION FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2012-2013
MEMBERSHIP FEE
A onetime Family Membership Fee of $500 must be paid for enrollment into Marengo Academy. This may be paid in one payment or in 12 monthly installments during the first year. This membership fee is due when a child enrolls in school.
REGISTRATION FEE
A yearly Registration Fee of $150 per family if paid within the pre-registration dates.
LONGHORN TICKET - FUNDRAISER FEE
Each family is responsible for this annual Fundraiser Fee of $300. You may choose to either sell or purchase three Longhorn Tickets at $100 each to be entered in the raffle style drawing in November or add the $300 to your tuition payment schedule and not participate in the raffle.
TUITION
All tuition is payable for 12 months per year beginning July 1st of the upcoming school year. All registration for the upcoming year must be completed by July 1st.
ANNUAL TUITION FOR GRADES K4 - 12
ONE CHILD: $4,200.00
TWO CHILDREN: $6,240.00
THREE CHILDREN: $7,800.00
FOUR CHILDREN: $8,280.00
NOTE: Beginning with the 2012-2013 school year, senior tuition is due in ten months.
PAYMENT METHODS
MONTHLY PAYMENTS
*Bank Draft - you sign a bank draft authorization form that will automatically deduct the said amount from your checking account each month. All bank drafts are dated the 5th.
* Twelve monthly checks - all checks are to be dated either the 5th or the 10th of each month from July through June and must be kept on file in the high school office.
ANNUAL PAYMENT
*Payment is due by July 1st.
