About Transfiguration School

FINANCIAL PROCEDURES
REGISTRATION FEE: Four hundred ten dollars ($410.00) per student per school year. Non-refundable, Non-transferable. This covers rental of books, use of all consumable material, IOWA Test, accident coverage, and health service fee.

SERVICE FEE: One hundred forty dollars ($140.00) per family. Each family is asked to complete 40 hours of service to the school. SERVICE HOURS MUST BE COMPLETED BY MAY 15, 2012 NO EXTENSION WILL BE GIVEN. Each service hour has a monetary value of five dollars ($5). Uncompleted service hours will be billed in May at this rate. SERVICE FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE.

MANDATORY FUND RAISERS: Every child is required to sell or purchase a minimum of $200 during the Gift Wrap Fundraiser, sell or purchase a minimum of $200 during the Cookie Dough Drive, and sell or purchase a minimum of $200 during the Spring Fundraiser.

PTO FEE: Twenty dollars ($20.00) per family is paid each year for the Parent- Teacher Organization.

ATHLETIC FEE: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per sport. The athletic fee must be paid before a uniform is issued. The Sports Department will have fundraisers.

NOTE :
ALL TUITION PLANS REQUIRE THE COMPLETION OF F.A.C.T.S. FORMS. REGISTRATION IS CONSIDERED COMPLETE UPON PAYMENT OF FEES IN FULL AND COMPLETION OF F.A.C.T.S. FORMS.

MISSED PAYMENTS
A late fee of $45.00 will be added if payment is not received by the due date. A delinquent payment of ten (10) days will lead to a child (ren) being removed from Transfiguration School.

RETURNED ITEM FEE
A $50.00 fee will be charged on ALL checks that are returned unpaid for any reason.
Once you are notified, payment must be made to the school in 3 days. Payments must be
in the form of cash or money order.

EXTENDED DAY FEES for 2012-2013
Before School:
One Child: $ 605.00 per year
Family: $ 902.00 per year

After School:
One Child: $ 1419.00 per year
Family: $2079.00 per year

EXTENDED DAY (AVAILABLE ONLY ON SCHOOL DAYS)
BEFORE SCHOOL CARE - Parish Hall
Students may enroll in Before School Care from 6:30am-8:00am.
In Before School Care, the students prepare for the school day. Students are allowed to
read, color, and complete assignments.
Students not enrolled in Before School Care are not allowed on campus before 7:30am.
Students on campus prior to 7:30 will be placed in Before School Care and parents
will be charged a fee.

AFTER SCHOOL CARE - Parish Hall
Students may enroll in After-School Care, which is held from 3:15pm (or dismissal time)
to 6:00pm. ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 6:00pm.
In After-School Care, the students are given a snack, time to complete homework, play a
game, etc.
Students on campus after 3:30pm will be placed in After-School Care and parents
will be charged a fee.

BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL CARE WITHOUT A CONTRACT/ OCCASIONAL USE FEE
THERE IS A $15.00 FEE PER CHILD FOR ANY CHILD NOT IN MORNING CARE, BUT ON THE SCHOOL GROUNDS BEFORE 7:30 A.M. THERE IS A $20.00 FEE PER CHILD FOR ANY CHILD NOT IN AFTER SCHOOL CARE BUT FOUND ON SCHOOL GROUNDS AFTER 3:30pm. CHILDREN PICKED UP AFTER 6:00 P.M. THERE IS ALSO A FEE [$1.00 PER MINUTE, FOR THE FIRST 5 MINUTES, AFTER, $2.00 PER MINUTE] FOR ANY CHILD PICKED UP AFTER 6:00PM .

PAYMENT
All Extended Day Care Fees follow the schedule and school tuition policy.
NEW STUDENT TESTING FEE: $50.00 [Non-refundable] CASH ONLY

GRADUATION FEE [8th GRADE]: $150.00 DUE - October 28, 2012

TRANSFIGURATION PRE-SCHOOL
Transfiguration Pre-School is a child centered, developmentally appropriate academic
program. The children are taught reading, math and writing skills through teacher-guided and independent student activities. Students are prepared for Kindergarten through academic, social and physical development.

AGES: 2 1/2 - 4 YEARS [FULLY POTTY TRAINED]
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 P.M.
MORNING CARE - 7:00 - 8:00 A.M.
EVENING CARE - UNTIL 6:00 P.M.

CAPACITY: MAXIMUM 25 STUDENTS

NOTE:
Tuition is a yearly rate and can be paid in one, two or eleven (11) payments. Tuition is paid through the F.A.C.T.S. Management Program. Payments are deducted from a checking or savings account on the 20th of each month. The first payment will be made in July 2012 and end May 2013. All registration fees are due at the time of registration.
