FEES FOR SCHOOL YEAR / 2011 - 2012
All new students, kindergarten included, are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee with their application to the school. If for any reason the student is not accepted by the school, (NOT because the parent has changed their mind), the fee will be refunded.

REGISTRATION
Kindergarten (4 and 5 year old): $ 75.00
Elementary, Jr and Sr. High: $ 125.00

TUITION PAYMENTS
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. The first tuition payment is due August 1st. Payments are considered late after the 20th day of each month. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed.
Multiple Child Discounts - beginning with the 2nd child - are figured in increments of $40/child (Sorry, no discounts for Kindergarteners):
A) 10 Month Payment Plan
1st Grade - 6th Grade
1st Child - $330
2nd Child - $290
3rd Child - $250

7th Grade - 12th Grade
1st Child - $350
2nd Child - $310
3rd Child - $270

Kindergarten is $160/month for 10 months

B) 12 Month Payment Plan
1st Grade - 6th Grade
1st Child - $275
2nd Child - $235
3rd Child - $195

7th Grade - 12th Grade
1st Child - $291
2nd Child - $251
3rd Child - $211

Kindergarten is $133/month for 12 months

IMPORTANT NOTES
Tuition is normally due over a period of 10 months (August - May).
12 month payment plans must include x2 pre-dated checks (for June & July)
Four or more children attending may have additional discounts upon request.
Families delinquent on tuition a second month may not be allowed to have children continue at GCS without special permission until the account is current.

MISC. FEES

Art Fees (varies from grade to grade)

Science Fees (3rd - 12th grade $5.00 to $40.00 depending on subject)

Graduation Fee for seniors $80.00

ASSOCIATION OF CHRISTIAN SCHOOL INTERNATIONAL (ACSI) FEE
$10.00 per year - due at the beginning of the year. K-4 - 12th Grade.

TEXTBOOK FEES
This fee applies to all students except Kindergarten. The actual amount of an individual student\'s fee will vary greatly according to grade level and number of USED books that can be obtained. **High School varies, depending on the courses taken by the individual student.**
A separate paper and information will be sent out sometime in July.
