1. Tuition is charged for each child attending La Salle Catholic School.
Tuition for Grades K-8: $1500; Second child is $1350; Third child is $1175; Four or more is $1000
2. Tuition assistance is available and no child should be denied the opportunity for a Catholic education because of finances.
All families are encouraged to apply for tuition assistance through STO.


LASALLE SCHOOL FREE PRESCHOOL 2011-2012 SCHOOL YEAR
La Salle Catholic School is the recipient of a grant funded by the State of Iowa for early childhood education. Western Dubuque Community Schools administers the grant. We are very pleased to announce that due to this grant we will host a free all day preschool program for children who will be 4 years old on or before September 15, 2011. Free preschool will meet Monday-Wednesday from 8:00 a.m.-3:15 p.m. The class will be held in the Luxemburg Center. We will offer a fourth day of preschool at a cost of $60.00 per month.

Transportation is available on a fee basis through Western Dubuque Community Schools. If you want your child to be bussed both ways 2 or 3 days per week, the cost will be $30 per month; one way will be $15 per month. If you want your child to be bussed both ways 4 days per week, the cost will be $40 per month; one way will be $25 per month. To request transportation you must live on an existing bus route. Four year old children will be required to wear a harness and will be seat belted. Parents or another adult must place the child on the bus and secure the child to the bus seat. Parents who qualify for free or reduced school lunch will qualify for free or reduced transportation fees.

School lunch and milk will be available to preschool students at a cost of $2.20 per day for lunch and .40 per day for milk. School dress code will NOT apply to preschool children.

The cost of tuition is FREE for 3 days or $60 per month for 4 days which is due and payable in advance on the first class day of the month. Checks are to be made payable to: La Salle Catholic Preschool. Please send your child\'s tuition payments along to school with him/her.

Anyone failing to pay tuition by the end of two weeks after the due date will be asked to show cause why their child\'s enrollment should not be terminated and will be informed that the child is to be discharged until tuition is paid.

Tuition will not be reduced or refunded due to illness, family vacations, or holidays.

Tuition assistance may be available through Child Care Resource and Referral.
