Students in partial day Pre-K4 Program:
$3175.00 for each student, regardless of parishioner status or number of children

Students in Pre-K3 Program:
$2660.00 for each student, regardless of parishioner status or number of children.

Deposit:
A deposit is charged per student. This deposit is not an additional fee, but will be deducted from tuition. Please include this fee when sending in the enrollment paperwork..

Additional Required Fees & Obligations:
Application Fee: $50.00 per student
This fee is non-refundable and applies only to all new prospective students applying to OLM

Activity Fee: $50.00 per student
This fee covers a variety of school sponsored class & school wide events and activities. Some examples are, but not limited to:
Eighth grade graduation, First Holy Communion celebration, class gift baskets for Christmas Boutique and Spring Auction.

Home & School Association Dues: $100.00 per family
These dues go towards the following HSA funded events but are not limited to:
* Ice cream social/Welcome Tea * Student Appreciation Activities * Teacher Appreciation Luncheon * Fall Festival * Catholic Schools Week activities * Field Day activities * Faculty & Staff Christmas gifts * Christmas Pancake Breakfast * Hospitality for various school events * Adult Socials: Wine Social, Scavenger Hunt

Service Hours: **25 hours per family, per academic year
Service Hours are completed in a variety of ways. Opportunities are made known to families through the school's communications. Involvement breeds ownership and encourages a spirit of volunteerism. This obligation allows families to equally contribute to the volunteer efforts necessary to sustain a vibrant school community. Those who are unable to volunteer their time pay $10 per/hour to fulfill their service hour obligation.

** Exceptions are those families who have 1 child enrolled in the Pre-K3 or Partial Day Pre-K4 programs

Instrumental Lessons and Band Program: First Child: $450.00
Second Child: $400.00
Third Child: $350.00
Fourth Child: $300.00
The Instrumental Band program is available to all interested students in grades 4 through 8. Weekly group instruction and band rehearsal is offered for all woodwind, brass and percussion instruments used in the Band ensemble.

Sports Fee: $60.00 per student for first sport, $10 for each additional sport played within the school year.
OLM sports program is open to all students in grades 6-8 and also to students in grades 5 based on availability of space on the team and coaching staff.

Spring: Softball/Baseball/Running Club

Extended Care Program:
Available for K-8 students Monday thru Friday when school is in session. Invoiced every two weeks
AM Care: 7:00am - 7:55am
$5.00 per day, per child - flat rate
PM Care: 3:05pm - 5:30pm
$12.50 per day, per child for regular and consistent use
$20.00 per day/per child on an as needed basis

Lunch Program: Cost: range of $2.50 - $6.50 per day, depending on items ordered
Available to all students in all day Pre-K4 - Grade-8 Monday thru Friday when school is in session. Orders and payment are taken on a monthly basis.
