Tuition Fee Schedule 2012-2013
REGISTRATION
Early Registration for Returning Families: February 1- 29 $ 75 per student
Registration for Returning Families: After March 1 $100 per student
Registration for New Families: $100 per student
YEARLY TUITION
This price below applies to students in all grades and includes book fees, art fees, graduation fees, and other curriculum-related fees.
One child: $5,128.00 or $427.34/month
2nd child: $4,615.20 or $811.94/month (10% discount on second child)
3rd child: $4,102.40 or $1,153.81/month (20% discount on third child)
· All additional children from the same family will receive the same discount as the third child.
· Pre-K4 students must be four years old by September 1st. Kindergarten students must be five years old by September 1st.
· Pre-Kindergarten Lunch Fee: TBD, billed monthly
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
There are two Payment options available:
1) Pay in full by July 10 and get a $50 discount off tuition.
2) Pay monthly by Electronic Funds Transfer on the 5th or 20th of each month.
These accounts are handled through FACTS Tuition Management Company.
*July and August tuition payments (2/12 of tuition) are considered non-refundable deposits for the school year. Once paid they will not be refunded!
OTHER FEES
All students in kindergarten through grade twelve will pay a $100 technology fee.
All students in grades 9-12 pay a $250 high school fee to offset additional costs.
Sixth through eighth grade athletes pay a $50 sports fee for each sport played (max. of $100).
Ninth through twelfth grade athletes pay a $60 sports fee for each sport played (max. of $120).
If testing is necessary at any time, there will be a minimum fee of $75.
(The technology fee and the high school fee can be paid all at once or spread over the 12 tuition payments.)
